My family and I fell in love with Cafe Prosperidad while visiting and staying at The Hacienda this pass summer. There were free samples for guest to try. We visited various other coffee haciendas in the town of Jayuya, and we bought coffee at all of them as well as coffee from other town on the island. All the coffee we purchased were pretty amazing but there was a consensus that Hacienda Prosperidad’s coffee was definitely our favorite!
