My wife and I first experienced their coffee during a plantation tour and workshop, which was an amazing experience, then upon returning to our home in Texas I decided to subscribe to a monthly purchase of coffee and chocolate. For the last five months we’ve been receiving like clockwork my order of coffee and chocolate directly from their coffee plantation in Jayuya, Puerto Rico and I can’t be more happy with their consistently excellent service. Light roast is always my preference; this roast does justice to this coffee, one of the best I've ever tasted, prepared both for espresso and filter brewing.

Well-balanced acidity brings out the sweetness and fruitiness of the bean. Among Puerto Rico's finest coffees, which is saying alot, when you consider how good other Puerto Rican coffees are!! Among the best of the best. A reference brew by which others should be judged.

I love this coffee. It’s very sweet. And I take tremendous satisfaction in knowing exactly where it was grown, who grew it, processed it, and roasted it. This is special coffee.
